What to include in a takedown notice

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The exact URL(s) on APKsDownload.net where the allegedly infringing material appears
• Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

How to submit a notice

Send takedown notices to dmca@apksdownload.net. Notices missing required information may take longer to process or may be returned for correction.

Our response process

Upon receiving a complete notice, we will review the claim, remove or disable access to the identified material if the notice appears valid, and notify the party who posted the material where applicable. We aim to respond to complete notices within a reasonable timeframe.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to remove listings and restrict access for parties associated with repeated, valid infringement claims.
